Team Awesome

Our legal name is, “Developing People in a Team Awesome Society”. Quite a mouthful isn’t it, but it says who we are and what we are about.

As a charity registered in Canada, we focus on the development of people. We are committed to the growth of humanity and the elimination of prejudice.

Each year, Team Awesome, participates in major athletic events and raises money in the aid of those in need. This year our team members will be participating in several events, these include:

• The Ride to Conquer Cancer - A bike ride from Vancouver BC to Seattle WA. Money goes to the treatment of and research in cancer.

• The Reykjavik Marathon - A marathon in the capital of Iceland.
Proceeds go to the Minerva Foundation, a society dedicated to the advancement of women.

All of the money raised reaches the designated program. Team Awesome is sponsored by various business organizations and so our overhead costs are zero.
